newpak Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the newpak platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. newpak reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds (including winnings) will be forfeited.

1.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the newpak platform. Duplicate accounts, whether opened under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method, are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, newpak reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all bonuses, bets, and withdrawals processed through those accounts.

1.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. newpak will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify newpak support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

newpak accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. Current supported methods include:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Card payments: Visa, Mastercard

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). newpak does not charge any fee on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are outside newpak's control.

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. newpak reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution. newpak targets a 24/7 processing schedule; however, processing times during peak periods or system maintenance windows may be extended. Players will be notified of any delays through their registered account.

2.4 Verification Prior to Withdrawal

newpak reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Verification may include a copy of a valid national ID card (NID), proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation as required. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. This measure is in place to protect players from fraud and to meet anti-money-laundering obligations.

2.5 Prohibited Sources of Funds

Deposits must be funded solely from payment accounts and cards held in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. newpak will return such deposits to their source and may suspend the associated player account pending investigation.

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by newpak are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.

3.2 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 100% Welcome Bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold specified in the Welcome Bonus promotion page. The Welcome Bonus is available to each verified player once only. Wagering requirements apply before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion description. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account upon expiry of the validity period.

3.4 Bonus Abuse

newpak actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting strategies designed exclusively to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure (known as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting"), or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus balances voided and their account suspended.

3.5 newpak's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

newpak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonus amounts already credited to a player's account prior to the modification date, provided that the player has not yet breached any bonus conditions.

4.1 Game Outcomes and RNG

All casino game outcomes on the newpak platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). newpak does not influence or manipulate game outcomes in any way. Results generated by the RNG are final once a game round is complete. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

4.2 Sports Betting Rules

Bets placed on sporting events through the newpak sportsbook are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are available within the sportsbook interface. General sports betting rules include:

• Bets accepted before the official start of an event are settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the prevailing odds at the moment of bet confirmation.
• newpak reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result is already known at the time of bet acceptance.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to each market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, newpak reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

4.3 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets are available for BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. All cricket bets are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ECB, BCCI, BCB, ICC). Weather-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results are honoured as official results for settlement purposes.

4.4 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum single-bet and aggregate daily payout limits apply across all sports and casino products. These limits are specified within each product section and may vary by market, game type, and player account tier. newpak reserves the right to reduce maximum payout limits for individual players where irregular betting patterns are identified.

5.1 Player Responsibility

Gambling on the newpak platform should be treated as a form of entertainment. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their gambling activity remains within their personal financial means and does not negatively affect their personal, professional, or family circumstances. newpak strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits and session time reminders from their account dashboard.

5.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a voluntary self-exclusion from the newpak platform. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new accounts may be opened under any identity associated with that player.

5.3 Underage Gambling Prevention

newpak is firmly committed to preventing access to the platform by individuals under the age of 21. 6.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the newpak platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sporting event
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider-information betting on sporting events
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing newpak staff or other players via any communication channel

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

newpak reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of Section 6.1 without prior notice. All funds held in the account at the time of suspension, including deposits and winnings, may be withheld pending investigation. newpak will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in relation to any suspected criminal activity.

7.1 Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the newpak platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of newpak or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Limited Licence to Users

newpak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the platform or its content.

8.1 Platform Availability

newpak strives to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. newpak will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of platform unavailability where that unavailability is outside newpak's reasonable control.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, newpak's total liability to you in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. newpak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

8.3 Player's Own Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions made on the newpak platform are made entirely at your own discretion and risk. newpak does not provide gambling advice and accepts no responsibility for the outcomes of individual bets or game sessions. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and past results do not predict future outcomes.

9.1 Data Collection and Use

newpak collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights in relation to that data.

9.2 Communications

By registering an account, you agree to receive transactional communications from newpak (such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and account security alerts) via your registered mobile number or email address. Promotional communications are sent only where you have provided explicit consent to receive them. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting [email protected].

10.1 Right to Amend Terms

newpak reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be displayed on the platform and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and newpak with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
